Booking a ticket?

If your ticket didn't arrive, you want to change a booking, or you have a question about an event — write to hello@tikitna.com and include your mobile number or booking reference so we can find it fast. And if you've simply lost your ticket, the quickest route is the My tickets page — it emails it back to you in seconds, no waiting for a reply.

Running events?

To list your events on tikitna, or if you have a question about commission, payouts or the hall map — write to hello@tikitna.com with your organization's name and the kind of events you run. If you'd rather just start, sign up from the "List your events" page and we'll review your application within one working day.

Response time

We normally reply within one working day. If your event is today or tomorrow, put "Urgent" in the subject line and we'll bump it up.
