How to book your ticket
Four steps and the ticket is yours. No app, no fuss — and it lands in your inbox.
Find your event
Browse what's on in Amman from the home page — search by name, or filter by type and city — and open the event you want.
Choose your seat
If the event is seated, pick your seat or table on the hall map the organizer drew. If it's general admission, just choose how many tickets you want.
Pay securely
Enter your name, mobile number and email, then complete the payment online on a secure, established payment page. The methods you can pay with are shown on that page before you confirm, and your card details never pass through our servers.
Get your ticket
The moment payment confirms, your ticket arrives by email with its QR code. Save the ticket page link too — and at the door, show the code and walk in.
After you book
Lost your ticket?
Go to My tickets , enter your mobile number, and we'll email your ticket again.
At the door
Open the ticket email or its page and show the entry code to the scanner. It works even when the venue wifi is weak.
Need to cancel?
You can request a cancellation from your ticket page, and the organizer reviews it under their own refund policy.
